Lyttos Mare Exclusive Beach Resort is a luxurious retreat nestled on the sun-kissed shores of Crete, Greece. Renowned for its impeccable service and breathtaking surroundings, this resort epitomizes the epitome of elegance and comfort.

The property is a haven of tranquility, offering a harmonious blend of contemporary sophistication and authentic Cretan charm.

Due to the several amenities that the hotel has, the guests of Lyttos Mare used to frequently forget some of their loved items back! The previous process of Lyttos Mare was mainly manual.

For every lost item the hotel did not have a solution on how to communicate structurally with their guest, how to charge their credit card without storing sensitive information and being GDPR friendly, how to calculate the cost for the shipment without having to spend hours in phone calls with several courier companies and finally how to keep the guests informed about the status of their shipment.

Lyttos Mare started to collaborate with Deliverback to improve the efficiency and eliminate the stress of the reception and Concierge, focusing on their core business, taking care of their guests during their stay.

Upon a quick Registration in Deliverback, Lyttos Mare started to register the lost items and share a simple link (form) with their guests in order to easily calculate the shipment cost, identify the different shipping services available and complete the payment in order to get their lost item back.

From the first month of using the service, Lyttos Mare sent 7 items (including laptops and tablets) which also resulted in a 5-star review! 

During the summer of 2023, Lyttos Mare continued to use Deliverback saving about 2 hours per lost item (due to not having to chat with the guest, courier, calculate the shipment cost and inform the guest about their shipment status since Deliverback could handle all those steps automatically)
